We are available by phone 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. After regular office hours, weekends, and holidays, or during heavy calling times, your call may go to our voice mail. We monitor our voice mail closely and return calls punctually. If it is an emergency we will return your call without delay; however, if it is not an emergency, we will return your call during our normal business hours.
In order to offer the highest quality service to all of our clients, we need to have advanced reservations whenever possible. Because the care of your pet is paramount, we try not to over book. Short notice reservations will be accepted if space is available. New Clients, please allow 48 hours for our visitation visit. We are known for our ability to accommodate our clients whenever an emergency arises or business travel is involved.
